Hello and welcome to my author website!

I always like writing since I was young, but it wasn't until December 2020 that I finished the first draft of my debut novel, 'Romance Concerto'. In the beginning, I didn't intend to publish this novel, but my sister kept encouraging me. As such, in 2022, I started looking at some publishing options and finally signed my first publishing contract in December 2022. Since then, I cannot stop writing.

My favorite genre to write is romance because everybody wants to love and to be loved. I would like to make my readers happy when they read how my characters love and care for one another. In addition, the values that I wanted to promote through my writings are bonding with family and friends; passion and dedication towards arts; courage; as well as faith.

Because I love Canada and I have been living here for quite some time, most of my characters are Canadians or Canadian residents. I also have a strong interest in Quebec culture, so you will find some references to it from time to time. However, my books also feature some countries in Asia, Oceania, and Europe. I have been to some of these countries, but not always. Regardless, the tourism sites and the street names in my books are real. Whenever there are scenes abroad, I hope that my readers will feel like they are travelling with my characters.

I also love to incorporate classical music into my books, such as Chopin, Dvorak, Liszt, Tchaikovsky, and some choral music. Sometimes, the inspirations for my books came when I was listening to music. Some of my characters are also musicians or performing artists, such as pianist, violinist, soprano, ballet dancer, etc. Hopefully my readers will also appreciate classical music more after reading my books :)
